Thena Hotel - Chic and Cozy Studio

An awesome little studio to enjoy a couple of days in the city center. Positive: Loved the location, easy walking, driving, or riding distance from so much in the area. Negative: Lack of large towels in the washroom. A set of beach clothes was left behind from a previous occupant, but that was easily missed at the bottom of a wardrobe. Every counter top and surface looked quite clean and well maintained.

Positive: The property is conveniently located in the city, with parking across the street ($40/night). The place is small, bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very nice.

Positive: Very clean and best location and fast feedback Negative: None

Positive: Very quick to respond to questions and requests. This is in a very good location, close to train and subway lines and right in Downtown.

Nice place, but stay somewhere else Positive: The location was great. The WIFI worked well. The checkin process with door access codes worked well. The modern bathroom features were nice as well. Negative: The lengthy legal document required to sign before you can stay was pretty intimidating. I didn't realize there was a cleaning fee until after I was already charged for the stay. If I had known both of these, I would have stayed some place else, since it would have been cheaper. The parking across the street was VERY expensive. Since I parked just over 24 hours, I was charged almost $70, despite being told it would be $20 by the attendant. I would look elsewhere for parking. I realize check-out was at 10 a.m. The morning I was set to leave, I took a shower at 9:15 a.m., and as I leave the shower just before 9:30 a.m., I hear the keypad and the door opening! They didn't even knock! I quickly grabbed a towel so I was at least had that to cover me up. Once the person saw my things, they must have left, but that reassured me I would not be staying here again.
