Comfortable stay
Positive: Nice, decently spacious and comfortable room with a microwave and fridge. It is centrally located close to nightlife and theaters and restaurants. Big bathroom was a plus.
Negative: The shower is not strong enough so that was a little underwhelming. But what I didn’t like the most was that while I was asleep the TV turned on twice on its own. It spooked me out quite a bit because each time I woke up to the sound of some true crime show. No idea why that kept happening. Also, the curtains had a gap and I wish they closed completely.

Great Studio Apartment in the Heart of Philadelphia
Positive: Very nice considering the price for comparable accommodations. It's a well done studio apartment with a kitchen area and a bathroom right in the heart of Philadelphia.
Negative: All good.

So all in all nice part of the city different from the side I’m used to. But clean the place inside and ascetically plea
Positive: It was pretty inside the room. It was pretty clean. Nice isolation and pretty quiet. Facilities had a fridge and even a spot to cook at.
Negative: This room didn’t really have a view (which I was lead to believe I could see the streets but it was just a fire escape and an alley where trash trucks roam through). I think the parking thing is another elephant. Since you have to pay 40 bucks for a days parking next door each day you’re up here it gets costly. But if it was reserved parking I may have been ok but it was a no in and out parking so you have to pay that each time you leave. So now you have pay even more to get around if you’re not walking. And the one time I bit the bullet and drove across the city to dinner when we got back we had to circle the block a few times and wait for a while just to get parking back. Just wondering if that should be thought about when the price of the stay comes into play. Because they directly pointed me to the parking lot and told me the price.
We didn’t have wash cloths. So I messaged them and they said they don’t provide addition wash cloths but I said we didn’t have any to begin with. They never replied. I ended up calling about them and the phone guy didn’t even know what it was so after I explained it to him he said no one was gonna come out that night so I walked to cvs at 11:15 at night to get luffas. That was when we got there the night before we left they were left on the door.
And finally and I am no way saying it was a worker. It could’ve been anyone. But when I leave I like to take a recording of the room and under the bed and in app the cabinets and closest to let them know I left it the way I found it and to show that we didn’t leave anything. So I did that too. But when packing I noticed my eagles hoodie was gone. I figured my wife packed it so I paid it no mind. When I got home I noticed we still couldn’t find it and she said she thought I packed it and I said vice versa. So I double checked my video and it was no where in the room which means that while we were out one day someone had to have for a way to get it.

This space is a perfect affirmation of the notion that good things come in small packages.
Positive: It was a small space but it was very well thought out & functional.
Negative: Nothing
