Positive: Can't beat it for the price Negative: Had Internet issues that didn't get resolved

Clean and pleasant as advertised Positive: Pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped, five minutes walking from the City hall. They ask to sign a location agreement (too long to read) and also they ask for a deposit after you receive confirmation of reservation. I did not pay any deposit as they already had given me the access codes and then they never asked again. The host is very responsive and very effective in addressing problems (had some wi-fi issues and a stain on the ceiling in the bathroom). Negative: There are a lot of stairs as my unit was at the last floor of the building, it was not a problem for me but for some people it will be difficult to access it as there is no elevator.

Negative: There was no hot water for showers in the morning

Positive: The room was very nice. It had a nice bed! A very nice feel to the room. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous! The TV was absolutely huge! The AC definitely was kicking. The host was very accommodating. They tried to help us with the wi-Fi as much as possible. Negative: The Wi-Fi keep going out which ment the tv was going out, even though I kept in contact with the hotel and they did try and help as much as possible. The WiFi and the tv it just kept going out much so we eventually just stopped trying to make it work. Also, the stairs for a little bit overwhelming. I didn’t see a description of how many flights one would have to climb. It was just a lot if you weren’t expecting it.
