Thena Hotel - Huge Studio - Midtown

Not bad. Parking is very challenging over 7/4 weekend though Positive: Very clean and comfortable space/studio Negative: The alarm keep sounding off at night for some reason. There was some confusion the other unit has with guests about keeping door lock or not because they didnt have access code? For whatever the reason everytime I go home and leave the unit I keep hearing this annoying beep beep sound.

Comfortable room in a good location. Positive: Centrally located, really comfortable bed and great communication from staff. Negative: Because of the central location it was a little noisy outside sometimes.

Понравилось Positive: Место расположения, чисто, уютно. Персонал достаточно быстро решали проблемы возникшие при проживании. Negative: Холодильник потек, потом заморозил все напитки вместо охлаждения.

Positive: Location Negative: I guest ignore the quiet time policy.

The location is a straight shot drive to the navy yard area where we saw a concert, and also walking distance to downtown sites. The street is very calm and quiet. The unit had the feel of a hotel in terms of very nice bedding and no personal items of a host. Nicely appointed with soap etc. It was extremely spacious so staying in a night was comfortable. Small store across street for food and other necessities, and great coffee / bakery spot in the theater lobby around the corner that really had good stuff. Plenty of space for emptying your suitcases. The kitchen had what’s needed for even more than basic cooking. K-Kup coffee machine, never my favorite. Condition of apartment is good. Very responsive host. Our apartment was third floor walk up so just be aware.
