Thena Hotel - Huge Studio - Midtown

Comfortable,walk up studio apartment. Positive: The location was good,but unfortunately I did not get to explore much. There is a small store across the street where you can quickly get things the room doesn't provide.The room was clean and neat Looked like the pictures,so I knew what to expect. They communicated very well when contacted,and were helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend. Negative: Water pressure and temperature could have been much better. And an outlet at the table area would have been a nice touch. There was no floor mat for the bathroom and no face towels. I don't know if that is standard for this brand. Fortunately I had face towels with me,and I used a hand towel as the mat.

Positive: Good location. Walking distance to places of interest, restaurants, shopping etc. Negative: Can.be a little noisy at night due to being close to main avenue and traffic.

No Me Uniré con El Ocho Positive: 1. Tamaño y subscripciones de la television…Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Peacock, Crunchyroll, y mas! 2. Piso y paredes firmes. 3. Precio, no suelo alquilar una habitación moderna a menos de $100 por día. 4. Bonito diseño de la cerámica y paredes en el baño. 5. El interior es una remodelación bien ocultada. Las maderas y puertas viejas no son molestias aunque inseguras. 6. Tres ventanas son amplias, hacen el amanecer muy hermoso. Negative: 1. Luces sobre la cara en la noche. 2. Mucho polvo, olor a cemento en la bañera me afectó, me sentí agripado. 3. Estufa, calentador fijo no funcionan. 4. Ventilador muy ruidoso. 5. Poco amperaje en el area de entretenimiento rompen el circuito. 6. Presión de agua en la ducha es un poco baja. 7. Espejo del baño se empaña. 8. No hay cerámica en la cocina contra las salpicaduras. 9. El lava manos se ensucia fácil. 10. El personal discrimina, no dejaron de ignorar mis avisos de no arreglar el aire acondicionado después del primer día de entrada.

Positive: I had an all around great experience staying here. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, there was enough space for eating and working. The staff answered my questions incredibly quickly.
