It was wonderful. Positive: Yes, it was quiet secluded with a lot of privacy not much noise at all. I love it. Negative: I find no fault about the property

Went to Philly, and the room was perfect for our needs Positive: More spacious than we anticipated. Large TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. The bed was comfy and large. Kitchen utensils and a hair dryer are included. AC units worked great. The location was advantageous to downtown Philly. The landlord was very communicative! Negative: We had dishes we wanted to wash, but there was no soap or sponge to wash the forks we used. The clothes iron was rusty and sprayed orange-y, rusty water and could have ruined our clothes (we went to Philly for a wedding, so that would have been bad). I ended up cleaning out the clothes iron to remove the rust and rusty/ sediment-heavy water (which didn't take long but took me ~20 minutes)

The apartment was just what we needed for a few days in Philadelphia for some sightseeing. The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the host responded quickly to my requests.

Safe, clean and convenient. Highly recommend! Positive: Convenient location to the people and places I wanted to see. Easy access and clear, timely communication by the property mangers. The space was bright, clean and airy. I could live in a space like that! Negative: It’s not a criticism, just a suggestion: a lamp or two in each room would be a welcome relief from the overhead lights
