Thena Hotel - Ground Floor 1 Bedroom Suite

Went to Philly, and the room was perfect for our needs Positive: More spacious than we anticipated. Large TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. The bed was comfy and large. Kitchen utensils and a hair dryer are included. AC units worked great. The location was advantageous to downtown Philly. The landlord was very communicative! Negative: We had dishes we wanted to wash, but there was no soap or sponge to wash the forks we used. The clothes iron was rusty and sprayed orange-y, rusty water and could have ruined our clothes (we went to Philly for a wedding, so that would have been bad). I ended up cleaning out the clothes iron to remove the rust and rusty/ sediment-heavy water (which didn't take long but took me ~20 minutes)

Safe, clean and convenient. Highly recommend! Positive: Convenient location to the people and places I wanted to see. Easy access and clear, timely communication by the property mangers. The space was bright, clean and airy. I could live in a space like that! Negative: It’s not a criticism, just a suggestion: a lamp or two in each room would be a welcome relief from the overhead lights

Positive: The apartment was better than I expected. It was very comfortable and has easy access to various locations in Philadelphia.

Quiet, amazing, beautiful, stay at this place. Positive: It was amazing, so cozy & warm. Everything was clean. The bathroom was lovely. Very nice bed. Will definitely come back soon !! Negative: Everything was to my expectations. Wonderful place.
