Perfect. Positive: I liked everything, especially the cleanliness, comfort, organization, and aesthetics. Negative: I have nothing to complain about.

Guter Aufenthalt für unseren Kurztrip Positive: Sehr großes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung in zentraler Lage in einem schönen Altbau. Bequemes, großes Bett. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt bei Nachfragen. Negative: Generell könnte das Zimmer nochmal ausgebessert werden, z.B. die Duscharmaturen befestigen, die lose an der Wand hingen, oder die Bettlaken austauschen, die ein paar kleinere Flecken oder Löcher hatten. Etwas lauter nachts, durch die Lage direkt an der Straße.

Professional hosts, nice flat with minor issues Positive: This is a modern, spacious apartment in middle of Philly's center city. Very nice area indeed. The bed was comfortable and both the kitchen area and the bathroom met my expectations. The communication with the rental company has always been professional and quick. Thank you for that. I appreciated that they quickly resolved both of my major issues (loud neighbors and the demaged curtains). Negative: My only problem was the noise. The walls between the units are thin and the isolation of the windows was problematic. Ear plugs are recommended as the flat is situated close to pubs and night clubs.

Cleaning staff being in the room delayed our check in but the host was very accommodating and responsive. Positive: Convenient and comfortable Negative: Trash left in the trash can.
